IED Return & Refund Policy

At the Izora Elaine Dean Educational Center (IED), we stand behind the quality of every learning product, box, and resource we create. Our goal is to ensure every family and educator feels confident and supported in their purchase.  If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date if the product:

• Arrived damaged or defective,
• Is missing key components, or
• Was not as described on our website.

 To Qualify for a Return: 

•  The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You’ll need proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• Digital products and downloadable resources (e.g., e-books, printables, videos, or online courses) are non-refundable due to their instant delivery nature.
  

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Subscription boxes or educational kits after shipment
• Digital or downloadable products
• Clearance or “final sale” items
• Opened educational kits or products with consumable parts (e.g., activity pages, manipulatives)
  

To initiate a return:

1. Email our team at info@iededucationalcenter.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. We’ll provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection within 5–7 business days.
   

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once the return is received.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same item at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
